Me: {melting} well, it worked! I feel joy! I’m so glad you’re mine.
Little Guy: {snuggling in} Tell me about the thing with the line again…
Me: Well, if I had every little boy in the whole world all in a big line, and I could only choose one, I would look them all over and talk to all of them, and in the end I would choose you, ‘cause you’re my very favorite one.
