Grateful Friday
There are crocuses blooming in my yard and daffodils getting ready to pop
The sun is shining right this moment
My husband has been so patient with me in the past couple weeks. I’m grateful for patience of partners though tough times. Love.
My children are little pieces of me—physically, mentally, chemically, genetically, spiritually, literally. They are funny and happy and loving. I adore them.
Here are some things I meant to share in the past couple weeks:
This is my 5-yr old’s attempt at spelling “Easter Bunny.” I think he did a pretty good job.
This is my girl at THREE YEARS OLD. (Even though she keeps telling people she’s five now.) My favorite quote of her Birthday was after she had pulled out some great presents and saw that there was a card at the bottom of the bag: {huge gasp} “I HAVE MAIL!” (said in a tiny little excited three year old voice.)
Happy Birthday, Sweet Pea.
Hope your weekend is lovely, one and all.

Cute. Maybe I should have Ellie send some REAL mail to Abby:0) Love you.
I am putting some mail in the box for her today- sweet thing.
I love mail too. I have a friend who has never sent me an e-mail--only real mail--and always on beautiful natural woodsy paper. So refreshing.
"I have mail." Seriously, that is hilarious and so cute!
