greetings from cayman!

While we were enjoying this sunset, there was a massive windstorm along the east coast.  The next morning we learned that at home our power is out (along with over 300,000 other homes), so I sighed a deep sigh and went to the pool.  I had to make sure the kids had thier fill of pina coladas for the day.  (Jake made a bunch of calls to make sure all the folks at home were being taken care of.  He's nice like that.  He also got his family members to attend to various needs at our house--thanks, guys!)

We've been staying relaxed and sunburned.  The babies have remained mostly unhappy the whole trip.  Babies.  What can you do?  Speaking of, they are waking up, so I have to wrap up my little greeting here.  We've been having such a great time with my dad.  That guy.  Spoiling us rotten.   He's even been cooking all our meals.  What am I going to do when I get home to no power and freezing weather?

I'm trying, really trying, to be super happy and excited at your trip but my jealousy is taking over! Next time can't I stow away in your luggage???

Oh, the jealousy!
I absolutely love the pictures of the sky. I can't imagine how beautiful it must look in person.
