Happy Friday indeed! Another baby to add to your family! Does it get much better than that? Congrats to your sister! Is the book good? I mean really good? I'm in need of a good book. (And yes I've read Eclipse!)
I'm glad you use the little blue clay bud vase I got you. Hopefully you think about how much fun we had this summer when you look at it.
dini: I'm enjoying the book so far--I'll tell you if it's really really good when I'm done... Here's a really good book recommendation: The Faeries of Dreamdark: Blackbringer by Laini Taylor. Super good.
Brookie: I use it all the time, and I do think of you and miss you. It's the perfect little bud vase. when will you come see me again????
Brittany-I enjoy your blog so much. It makes me remember the small things I am grateful for. Also, did I ever tell you how much I LOVE the book you made for Aaron and I. It's perfect and better than I imagined. I can never thank you enough, and Aaron loved it.

gorgeous photo, brittany! i'm starting to be ok with autumn to, sort of. well, i'm working on it anyway!
Adrienne and Brooke got me reading the Philippa Gregory books too! On the third one. Sooo glad that I didn't live in England in the 1500s! Craziness!
All happy happy things...
Yeh Krista had her baby! That's so exciting. Other people's pregnancies go by so fast. P.S. Thanks for putting a plug in for my blog. :)
hey- can i just tell you that when i'm feeling frustrated or tired or any kind of normal housewife negativity, i pop on here and look at your pictures. your photography is soothing. you see things that are ordinary and find their beauty. it's some kind of visual blogatherapy for me... so thanks. i've actually started looking for things to take pictures of, which is therapeutic because it forces me to slow down and breathe, and focus on good stuff instead of stress. so here's a shout out, or three cheers to you, or god bless britt soucy... however you see it, thanks.
thanks!! what a nice compliment! It's funny how things like that work. I never knew how much I loved taking pictures, but the more I do it, the more I love it, and it is quite like therapy, you're right.
